Kenya Sullivan, LCSW, is a UC Berkeley–trained mental health professional with deep expertise at the intersection of trauma, education, and systemic inequity. With a background as a graduate-school adjunct instructor, family court mental health specialist, and juvenile/adult probation officer, Kenya brings a unique, cross-disciplinary lens to student and faculty wellness..

He completed certification courses in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Domestic Violence Advocacy.

As the creator of the Academic Beast Mode (ABM) Workshop Series and 24/7 Skills Phone Coaching, Kenya delivers trauma-informed, culturally responsive tools to K-12, community college, and CSU campuses—empowering high-need students and equipping educators to close equity gaps and improve student outcomes.
