WHAT MAKES Kenya DIFFERENT?

With a unique career spanning education, mental health, and probation, I bring an uncommon depth of perspective to the work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), former deputy probation officer, and seasoned graduate-school instructor, I’ve spent over 15 years training frontline staff, managers, and educators across mental health, education, and corrections systems.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, research-based practice—shaped by real-world experience working with justice-involved youth, nontraditional college students, K–12 learners, and correctional populations. I don’t just understand policy and theory—I’ve lived the complexity of applying both in high-stakes environments.

This cross-sector experience allows me to connect the dots others miss—offering practical, culturally responsive solutions that improve performance outcomes for agencies and better serve underrepresented populations.
